1763 Dungeon Regulations and General Rules
If the Dungeon Master or Mistress (DM) asks you to stop an activity, DO SO AT ONCE!
Our DMs are instructed to observe any scene that they suspect may be violating the accepted codes of safe, sane, consensual play and to make sure that they understand what they are seeing before they interrupt or stop a scene.
If you disagree with their appraisal of the situation:
- Allow them time to find a replacement to cover the floor than take the discussion out of the dungeon. Both parties are adults. Respect each other enough to discuss, not argue.
- If no agreement is reached, please do as the DM requests and ask for a meeting between you, the DM and the facility manager. This will allow both sides to be heard.
The DM or a member of the 1763 Staff will ask you to leave the dungeon for:
- Abuse of alcohol and/or drugs.
- Disobeying these or any posted rules.
- Disorderly conduct
- On-line gossiping and discussion of other members activities at 1763 which are meant to be private.
General Rules
- No open consumable alcohol is permitted on the premises at any time.
- No illegal substances may be used or possessed on the premises.
- Offering, soliciting or agreeing to an act of prostitution is strictly forbidden.
- Safe-sex guidelines as defined in these rules are in effect and enforced at all times.
- Monogamous couples must observe safe sex guidelines in public play.
- Sexual intercourse, vaginal or anal, and oral sex are strictly forbidden during public play sessions.
- Rimming, fingering, or fisting shall not occur without a physical barrier protection (rubber gloves, condom, dental dam, etc.). No Exceptions.
- No insertive device may be used on another person unless adequately sanitized or adequately covered by rubber sheathing.
- No device (floggers, single-tails, stingers, etc.) that has come in contact with blood or had the possibility of coming in contact with blood shall be used on another person unless adequately sanitized.
- Any dungeon equipment that comes in contact or had the possibility of coming in contact with blood is to be cleaned with the provided Clorox solution before you leave the play area.
Special Note:
If you have an issue with the Management, the staff or another member of 1763, please bring it to the attention of Ms. Whip IMMEDIATELY, so that the issue can be resolved.
Dungeon Protocol
- In an attempt to instill a feeling of reverence and respect within 1763, please refrain from all unnecessary conversation and socialization. All scenes are sacred.
- It is your responsibility to clean up after scene, including the cleaning of any 1763 equipment with the Clorox solution and/or Antibacterial Soap solution available in each dungeon space.
- Any form of abusive behavior, physical, mental or non-consensual verbal, will not be tolerated and may be grounds for permanent banning from the facility.
- The dungeon is NOT the place for "social conversations". Please keep all conversations non-obtrusive and pertinent to the dungeon experience.
- If you ask someone to play, make your intentions, limitations and desires clear. The same goes if you are asked to play. Negotiate before entering the play space.
- Establish a "safe word" before beginning a scene (we suggest red for stop, yellow for slower and green for continue) and respect that safe word.
- "No Escape" scenes must be clearly established beforehand and may occur only between participants who have performed such scenes together before. All participants are to inform the DM of the scene and their consent to it before beginning.
- If you observe a scene in progress where you feel safety guidelines are not being followed or the Top is inadequately experienced, inform the DM of your concerns immediately. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STOP THE SCENE YOURSELF.
- DO NOT interrupt a scene to ask permission to join in and DO NOT attempt to join in without the specific permission of the Top. If you wish to join in, wait for a break in the scene before approaching the Top and leave immediately if denied.
- If you are into heavy verbal use during a scene or the submissive is prone to heavy verbalization, avoid places where loud verbalizations will disturb other scenes in progress.
- Photographs, video and audio recordings and any and all other means of recordings are strictly forbidden without the prior written arrangement of 1763’s Management and will be permitted only with the specific consent of any and all persons who might be identifiable. "Release Forms" may be required in advance by Management. "Posed" shots require written release forms from everyone photographed. Appropriate release forms are available from the Management.
Heavy Trips
- No drinking piss. No pissing on the face. Other watersports or "golden shower" scenes will be permitted only by specific prearrangement between all participants and Management and only in the specific dungeon areas set-up for such activity.
- Scat scenes are not allowed.
- No objects of breakable material or with sharp points or edges are to be inserted into any body cavity at any time.
- No electrical shock devices shall be used above the waist unless the Top is known by the DM as a knowledgeable "electrician". Under no circumstances whatsoever are tit-to-tit or armpit-to-armpit connections permitted. "Violet Wands" and other "surface effect" devices may be used anywhere except near the eyes or nose.
- Needles may not be reused under any circumstances. Other items that draw blood may not be used on another person unless adequately sterilized and discussed with 1763 Management before use.
- Any form of "breath control" that completely blocks the intake of oxygen for any length of time, no matter how brief, is not permitted.
